We give
Your selected recipient is attached to your order record, the contribution is allocated, recorded and traceable, and the transfer is logged.
What the 10% is calculated from
The calculation basis is being finalised and will be published here before the programme is activated. We will not make a 10% commitment without stating exactly what it is calculated from.
Not every Verified Impact Partner holds charitable status. Contributions directed to non-charitable organisations or projects are not charitable donations and are not tax-deductible.

TimmyNator Verified Impact
We do not accept an organisation simply because it describes itself as a charity, non-profit or community group. Before an organisation can appear as a customer selection, it is reviewed and approved by TimmyNator.
TimmyNator Verified Impact is our own review standard. It is not an audit, a legal certification or an endorsement by any regulator. It means TimmyNator has reviewed the organisation and is satisfied, on the information provided, that customer-directed contributions can reasonably be directed to it.
Verification is intended to establish reasonable confidence that:
- The organisation is genuine.
- Its purpose is clearly explained.
- The intended beneficiaries are identifiable.
- Financial information is sufficiently transparent.
- The organisation can demonstrate how contributions are used.
- There are appropriate governance and accountability arrangements.
- TimmyNator can verify that contributions are being applied toward the stated purpose.
- There are no material concerns that would make TimmyNator uncomfortable directing customer-selected contributions to it.
Direct impact — not limited to registered charities
Charitable status is not a requirement. The programme may support:
- Registered charity
- Non-profit organisation
- Community organisation
- Environmental project
- Social-impact initiative
- Verified direct-impact project
- Other legitimate organisation or initiative
Every recipient must pass the TimmyNator verification process before customer funds can be directed to it. Not every Verified Impact Partner holds charitable status. Contributions directed to non-charitable organisations or projects are not charitable donations and are not tax-deductible.
Accountability
Recorded, reconciled, traceable
Every order
Order reference, product, sale value, contribution percentage, contribution amount, selected recipient and date are recorded against the order.
Every contribution
Payment status, contribution status, the date the contribution was transferred and supporting transaction references are held on an internal ledger.
Every reconciliation
Amount allocated, amount pending, amount paid, recipient and payment date are reconciled internally so the programme is auditable.
