We don't have a local office in Auckland. Design, drafting and consent documentation are delivered remotely where appropriate; site visits and local consultants are arranged case by case.

Zoning, height, boundary and overlay rules for Auckland sites sit in the Auckland Unitary Plan. Overlays for natural hazards, special character or heritage can change what's possible, so we check them first.
Sloping and coastal sites
